Return Policy
Thanks for shopping with MIIM. We hope that you enjoy your new purchase, and we truly do appreciate your order. Please note that by purchasing goods from MIIM, you have agreed to the following terms.
Return & Refund:
If the product that you purchase was damaged, defective, have missing items, or we sent the wrong item, please contact miimhongkong@gmail.com within 3 days of the delivery date. We apologize for the inconvenience and we will help to resolve your issue in a timely manner.
Please do not return goods without contacting us first.
Your refund will be issued once your returned item has been received in the original packaging in a sellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
It is suggested that returns be shipped by a carrier that provides signature confirmation. We do not accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.
Customer shipping fees will not be refunded.
Returns process must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. Please allow 1–2 weeks to process your refund and see it appear on your credit card statement.
MIIM only accepts returns of product purchased from iciclestraw.com. All returns of orders placed through other retailers can only be authorized through and returned to those retailers.
International Shipping Damage:
If your purchase arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to initiate a parcel damage claim. To expedite your claim, please email miimhongkong@gmail.com with photographs of the package and damaged contents.
*Please note that a minor packaging flaw that doesn't affect the contents is not considered a defect or damage for parcel insurance or refund claims.
Refused or Undelivered Packages:
Packages returned because of purchaser error or refused delivery are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% of the purchase price to recover the cost of processing, shipping, and then re-stocking and re-processing the order.
